Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sponzza, including our Chrome browser extension, web dashboard at app.sponzza.com, and website at sponzza.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Sponzza ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the extension or using app.sponzza.com, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Sponzza is

Sponzza provides sponsorship intelligence for UK job seekers navigating the Skilled Worker and Graduate visa routes. This includes checking employers against the UK Home Office licensed sponsor register, matching job roles to salary thresholds, and scoring CV fit against job descriptions using AI analysis.

Sponzza is an informational tool, not a guarantee. A company appearing as a licensed sponsor does not guarantee they will sponsor any specific candidate or role. Always verify sponsorship intent directly with the employer before making decisions based on Sponzza's output.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Sponzza. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You sign in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to compromised Google credentials.

4. Subscription plans and billing

Sponzza offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers ("Pro" and "Max"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via our payment processor, Paddle.com.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full at sponzza.com/refund-policy.html. In summary: you may request a full refund within 14 days of a new subscription purchase.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

7. Data accuracy

Sponsor register data is sourced from the UK Home Office and refreshed regularly, but may lag behind the official government register at any given moment. SOC occupation codes and salary thresholds reflect our best interpretation of published Home Office guidance and are provided for informational purposes only — they do not constitute immigration advice.

Sponzza is not a substitute for professional immigration advice. For decisions with legal or visa consequences, consult a qualified immigration adviser or solicitor.

8. Intellectual property

The Sponzza name, logo, extension code, and website are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost job opportunities, lost income, or visa application outcomes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
